Board Meeting Minutes
Monday, February 3, 2003 6:30 p.m.

Secretary Macken called the meeting to order @ 6:06 p.m.

Present:Joe Jennison, Terri Schmitt, Jill Reiter, Jan Capelle, VJ Thiesse, Becky Macken, Bob Adams, Angela Lehnertz, Joey Rollie-Brehmer, Nate Bell

Excused Absence: Ted Dow, Shawn Bishop, Mike Macken, Daren Walk, Tom Keller, Maria Irish

Quorum was established. Meeting called to order by Secretary Macken at 6:38 p.m.

Special General Membership meeting called to change players fee status from an individual fee to a team fee per Park and Rec. request. They will no longer accept money for the RSA, so managers will submit team fee to Park and Rec., then in turn they will cut RSA a single check.

Discussion was for $90 or $100/team. Motion made for $90/team fee and seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m.

A bid was entertained for security cameras, but pending the black topping was tabled at this time.

Next Meeting will be Tuesday, March 11, 6:00 p.m. - Best Western Apache.
