Present: Maria Irish, Jan Capelle, VJ Thiesse, Tom Keller, Joe Jennison, Becky Macken, Daren Walk, Shawn Bishop, Bob Adams, Terri Schmitt

Excused Absence: Nate Bell, Mike Macken, Joey Rollie-Brehmer, Angela Teal, Tom Wampach

Unexcused: Ted Dow

Meeting was called to order by President Irish @ 7:10 p.m.

Guest: Cerren Perkins

Secretary's Report: No secretary's report was available

Treasurers' Report: General account balance: $10,060.64, was approved unanimously.

RSA is going to put scoreboards on 1 & 2, hopefully with the sponsorships of Coke and Schott.

Old Business:

Shawn Bishop and Daren Walk will assist Steve Browning in schedule the men's Centennial and American leagues.

Jan Capelle is assisting with the women's leagues.

The wall of fame monument repairs is in progress. Becky will submit a bid for all to approve before work is started. Insurance starts April 1 for coverage

Tom has gotten donations from Schott and Coke for new scoreboards on 1 & 2. Motion made and passed unanimously to spend no more than $6000 to install both with Capelle¹s Electric.

The Website: www.rsasoftball.com up and running. Please submit newsworthy items and ideas to Daren. It has improved greatly!

The RSA Rundown will be distributed at the schedule pick up on April 19 and will be available by May 7th on Communication Tri-Pod. Please submit articles to Becky.

The infields were dug-up last fall and new agri-lime was applied.

Remember to put these dates on your calendars: April 19: 5-6:30 p.m. Schedule Pick-up at Graham North June 5-6: 3-B's "Babes, Ball and Budweiser" Women's Tournament July 31-Aug1: Coed A/B State Championships

Maria will check on the bleacher pads (Becky will get her the initial estimates), and she will also explore the remodel on the old concession stand.

P & R is offering a Boys/Girls Slow pitch League for the high schools. See flyer on RSA website.

New Business:

T-shirts will be given to league champions this year. Maria has a quote price of $3.50/shirt and will contact Steve Browning on behalf of the RSA to facilitate the printing and numbers. Steve stated in the previous liaison meeting he will provide $45/team for the shirts.

Tom Keller will purchase 2 more hoses and carts to water the fields.

Next Meeting will be April 19(schedule pick-up). Please contact a fellow board member if you cannot attend.
