Excused Absence: Jan Capelle, Joe Jennison; Mike Macken, Ted Dow. Tom Keller, VJ Thiesse

Old Business:

A. Appreciation Week is June 14 -18 . We will be distributing coolies along with beer/pop tickets again this year. Nate will check on bat purchases (5); Becky and Nate will check on other things (bags; gift certificates etc.) to give away also.

B. Bat Demo Night will be Tuesday, April 27 at McQuillian. Tom will have the concession
stand open, anyone board memebers out this evening are asked to help out in the concession stand.

C. Port-a-Poties have been delivered to fields 1 and 2.

D. Score boards are up and working on fields 1 and 2.

E. Tournament fliers have been handed out for the Womens Tournament on June 5 & 6th.
Joey and Angela will place the order for shirts

G. Tom has purchsed bat racks for all the fields and will have them installed before the start of the season.

New Business:

A. We will clean out the concession stand on Friday night, April 23rd at 6:00 p.m. bring a friend to help!

B. The RSA should keep at least $5,000.00 in our account to put up for the national tournament bid with Park & Rec. in November.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.

Next Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 16, 2004, 6:00 p.m., Best Western Apache.
