Secretary Macken called the meeting to order @ 6:06 p.m.
Present: Joe, Tom, Becky, Mike, Maria, Nate, Brad, Jan, Joey and Daren
Tom updated the members on the new alarm going in the concession stand. It was installed on Monday 10/13 at a cost of $960.00 which will be paid for by the Eagles. The alarm is installed on the doors and windows and can also be activated by movement inside (sensors). The field manager will be in charge of activating and de-activating the alarm. There will be a code set up for each vendor who needs access to the facility. Tom is also looking into a safe for nightly deposits, installed it would cost $325.00.
The concession stand is now insured for theft at an additional charge of $128.00. Tom called about getting the monument insured but has yet to get price quotes.
He purchased poly-carbon plastic to replace the sections that were broken by vandals.
There is a $1718.92 balance in the concessions account after paying sales tax (6 months) and writing a check for $7000.00 to the general fund.
